Cross Country - 3

This is the third and final gallery in the Cross-Country series. It begins with my visit to Glacier National Park. Joyce joined me after that visit in Missoula. From there, we followed Highway 12 southwest across Idaho to Lewiston. The highway parallels the Clearwater River, which flows into the Snake River at Lewiston, and is also a part of the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail. We spent the night in Pullman, Washington. The next day we explored the beautiful wheat-growing Palouse region, ending the day at the Paradise Inn on Mt. Rainier. We completed our trip to Seattle the next day. I have included a couple of pictures of Mt. Rainier and Tacoma from a previous trip as the fog had enveloped Mt. Rainier the morning we were there. I have also included a couple of pictures of Seattle from that previous trip.
